Article on orthostatic hypotension (symptomatic low blood pressure upon standing) in persons with spinal cord injury (SCI). The article first describes the treatment of a patient with orthostatic hypotension after SCI, then discusses aspects of the condition in the context of a review of the relevant medical literature.
