The goal of this study is to assess the spatial distribution of the existing level of social and environmental barriers and facilitators for burn survivors in their respective communities. The objective is to identify hotspots where more resources should be provided to remove barriers and promote facilitators. Anticipated outcomes include enhanced environment and resources to support burn survivors’ community living and participation, and anticipated products include a community map highlighting the area for improvements.
