Abstract:

Study reviewed the systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate among hospitalized patients with acquired brain injury who were treated with methlyphenidate, a psychostimulant. Comparison of vital signs before and after the introduction of the drug revealed no significant medication effect.
