Abstract:
This study will compare a Collaborative Care approach to pain treatment with the usual care approach to reduce the impact of pain in adults who have had a TBI who have chronic pain, including headache. A care manager works with each patient and his/her providers to create a treatment plan specific to the patient’s needs. Collaborative Care is a well-established model that has not been tested in persons with TBI.
