Promoting Wellness in Individuals with Moderate to Severe TBI: Effectiveness of the Mindfulness, Exercise, Nutrition To Optimize Recovery (MENTOR) program

There is a critical need to develop effective and comprehensive wellness interventions for individuals with TBI that are personalized, contextually relevant, cost-effective, and culturally sensitive. This will be the first study that will systematically investigate the effectiveness of the MENTOR program in a specific population; namely individuals with an initial moderate to severe TBI who are now in the chronic phase of TBI. The MENTOR program and infrastructure at Lakeshore Foundation/UAB are being made available to us.
