Abstract:

Article reporting on a study of the relationship between the number of skin sores, and the number of days adversely impacted by skin sores, and multiple indicators of life adjustment after spinal cord injury (SCI). It was found that among the 1017 participants in the study both the number of skin sores and the number of days adversely impacted by skin sores were correlated with poorer adjustment in nearly every area of life studied.
