Dr. Rosemary B. Hughes is a Senior Research Scientist in the Rural Institute for Inclusive Communities and a Research Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Montana in Missoula. Dr. Hughes holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston, and she is a licensed psychologist in Texas. She has focused her research over the past 22 years on the health and safety of people with disabilities. Dr. Hughes has presented locally, nationally and internationally and published widely on research addressing health-related issues experienced by people with disabilities.
