Rosemary “Randi” Dubiel, DO, is the attending medical director of the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Garland and medical director of traumatic brain injury services of the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas. She received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Kansas in 1995 and a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Oklahoma State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. She interned at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas in Fort Worth and completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas. She is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
