Chung-Ying (Owen) Tsai, PT, PhD, is a researcher of Rehabilitation Medicine at ISMMS. He is a licensed physical therapist in New York State and Taiwan with three years of clinical experience and eight years of experience in conducting human subject testing. He has a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and PhD degree in Rehabilitation Science. His research interest focuses on the effects of applying proper assistive technology and the biomechanics in injury prevention and movement skills for people with disabilities.
