Marilyn P. Owens, who serves as Project Coordinator for the RSCICDV, brings over 17 years of nursing experience with strong clinical research experience. While working as a clinical research nurse/study coordinator in the Global Tuberculosis Institute of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey she was involved with many clinical research projects.

In her position, Marilyn will be responsible for the day to day administration of the Center's activities. She will supervise all clinical activities and ensure a high level of accuracy in all data collection. Also, Marilyn is responsible for the admission/referral process, the day to day coordination of the center related patient care activities, collection and reporting of data for the pressure sore program and as the research nurse for the SCI clinical trials.
