Marcel Dijkers, Ph.D.

Dr. Dijkers, FACRM, is a Research Professor at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at ISMMS. Dr. Dijkers has published over 150 peer-reviewed papers on many aspects of rehabilitation, with an emphasis on methodology, including systematic reviewing and evidence-based practice, as well as community participation and quality of life. He serves or has served on the editorial boards of Rehabilitation Psychology, Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation, and Rehabilitation Research and Practice. He is a former President of ACRM and received its Distinguished Member Award in 2009, and the BIAA William Fields Caveness Award in 2016.
